PERSPECTIV acts as the Data Controller. We collect, store, and process membership applications, consent-based images, analytics data, and communication submitted through email. The Business Manager receives and logs applications, and the Board votes on them. We preserve all application records digitally.

Image Rights and Consent Policy
PERSPECTIV collects and publishes images only with express permission. We require written consent from identifiable individuals before publishing their images.
Permission Recordkeeping Policy
The Business Manager records and archives all permission documents for contact lists and images to comply with GDPR documentation requirements.
Membership Processing Policy
Members submit applications via email. The Business Manager logs them, and the Board reviews and votes on each application. We preserve all decisions, applications, and Board meeting minutes digitally.
Contact List Opt-In Policy
Members must opt in before we include their contact information in shared contact lists. We do not publish or distribute contact details without written consent.
